Please allow up to 3 business days for your order of cakes or special bakes to be processed. Any orders made after 3pm, will have a processing date of the following business day. All bakes are made fresh to order! Call us to order specialty cakes 850-466-3477.
We do not use any preservatives in our products and all of our products are baked fresh. When ordering, the date and time indicated by you for pick up is when you are expected to take possession of your purchase. Once you place an order, we work diligently to create the exact order requested by you. Once bakes are completed or cheesecakes pulled for pickup, we have committed that order to you. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds for perishable items.
Our mini cheesecakes are NOT New York Style cheesecakes. These are OUR style cheesecakes. Creamy, delicious mini cheesecakes on a cookie crust. While we know that we can't please all of the people all of the time, with 300+ different flavors in our repertoire, we are determined enough to still do our very best to try to please most of the people all of the time! Crazy, we know, but we can’t claim to be using our mad scientist cheesecake skills if we don’t own up to a little bit of crazy.

• Pumpkin Spice: It's that time of year! Our pumpkin and spice cheesecake - a creamy delight topped with fresh whipped cream
• Pecan Pie: All the pecan pie feels but in a cheesecake! Brown sugar cheesecake filled with pecans and finished off with our pecan pie topping.
• White Chocolate/Chocolate: White chocolate and milk chocolate cheesecake swirled together “in perfect harmony”.
• Butterscotch: Butterscotch cheesecake filled with butterscotch chips and topped with our fresh whipped cream dotted with more butterscotch chips.
• Maple Bourbon Bacon*: Brown sugar maple bourbon cheesecake filled with candied bacon and topped with a zigzag of maple glaze and even more candied bacon!
• Bananas Foster*: Creamy banana rum cheesecake topped with a ring of butter cream pooled with rum sauce.
• Matcha Cookies and Cream: Matcha cheesecake filled with cookies and topped with a rosette of whipped cream sprinkled with oreo cookie and matcha.
