Cake and Special bake orders

We do not use any preservatives in our products and all of our products are baked fresh.  When ordering, the date and time indicated by you for pick up is when you are expected to take possession of  your purchase.  Once you place an order, we work diligently to create the exact order requested by you.  Once bakes are completed or cheesecakes pulled for pickup, we have committed that order to you.  Unfortunately, there can be no refunds for perishable items.

Our mini cheesecakes are NOT New York Style cheesecakes. These are OUR style cheesecakes. Creamy, delicious mini cheesecakes on a cookie crust. While we know that we can't please all of the people all of the time, with 300+ different flavors in our repertoire, we are determined enough to still do our very best to try to please most of the people all of the time! Crazy, we know, but we can’t claim to be using our mad scientist skills if we don’t own up to a little bit of crazy.
